I ordered online and came through drive thru to pick up. Went to waiting bay which was fine but I waited there for 16 minutes !! Staff are friendly, food was good. But the wait time is ridiculous.

Service is usually quite good, however my partner and I always find one thing wrong with each order. For example; order a big meal combo, forget fries; order a BBQ bacon burger, forget bacon. So just make sure you check your meals before driving away

Absolutely blown away by the service and quality here. The staff were friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our order came out quickly, everything was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly easily one of the best Hungry Jack’s meals I’ve had. The restaurant itself was clean, well-organised, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell the team actually cares about doing a good job, and that makes all the difference. If you’re in Singleton and craving a burger, this is the place to go. 10/10 experience will definitely be back! !!!!!!!!!

Only drop in once in a blue moon, but have never had a rude staff member and food has always been good and fresh. Not many fast food restaurants get a good review from me so went out of my way to give this one a good review

Staff there to stay. In some cases. Not just to tick the corporate box. Good chips. A burger that looks like the photo. I really wanted to rate this place a 5 out of 5 for service, convenience and nice people. Drive through used.
